BEQUESTS OF WILLS AND TESTAMENTS

You can contribute to the activity of Harambee Together for the Development through bequests and testamentary dispositions in its favour. These can be done through wills or  public holographic testaments.

Holographic testaments: must be entirely  hand written on blank paper dated and signed from the person, who want to endow.

Public Testaments: must be completed in the presence  of a notary public and in the presence of two witnesses.

 

In order to name Harambee – Together for the Development as heir, it has to write:

I name as my universal heir Harambee insieme per lo Sviluppo, with office in Barge, devolving all that I possess for the institutional benefits.

 If instead a part is wanted to be devolved in legacy form and shape, one can write:

I leave  to Harambee Insieme per lo Sviluppo with office in Barge, Viale Mazzini, 22 as legally attached, real estate situated in.... per the institutional benefits or ...the sum of Euros..... assets or whatever else ,  for the institutional benefits
